Didn't know it was a competition. It was a slow news day and I was excited for my wife who shares my passion for these cars. It was not meant to get anyone off the PDK vs MT, 991.1 vs 991.2, depreciation blues, best lease factor, should I order the 911R even though I'll never get it, or change over valves are ruining my life debate.

Hey, easy on the change over valves!! I've added some worthwhile info there to a legitimate issue!!

Took my wife to see one and she too liked it but thought it too small and we ended up with a Cayenne. Needed the space in the end. Great car though.

Anyone have a Macan who came from a "sportwagen" of some kind? How does it compare? Does it drive more like a car than a crossover? Honestly I'm not a fan of SUV's and I've always preferred wagons, however there are very few sporty wagon left in the US. The Macan is gorgeous and I'd love to get something like that to replace my wife's Q7.

Would love to add one when the Yukon gives up the ghost...the wife likes the idea of the Macan Base 4 cylinder...probably be harder to come by than a 911R...

Out of all the duplicate posts and the ones that have you , this is a treat.
That's the whole point. These threads are like a high school clique. If you're one of the popular people on the forum the moderators allow you to post any drivel you want. Wife's Macan. Cars for sale. Which car is a better DD? All kinds of crud. But God forbid one of the commoners post such an offensive comment! Or worse yet, God forbid a commoner commit the mortal sin of posting a thread about a topic that's already been discussed! Yikes!

You'll live. Nice you bumped it to the top!

I'd like to be one of those popular people and in the clique. How can I make that happen??

Duplicate threads?? Grounds for waterboarding!

I feel like I've just gone back to high school. Want a thread to die, stop reading and commenting. Popular posters vs commoners seriously. I did not expect a post about my wife's new car to become immortal.

Get over it and feeling inferior because you might have gotten slammed for posting some drivel or something easily searched. It's happened to most of us. This is about the fairest and most experienced forum on Porsche cars but sometimes we have a lull in the action. Don't take it personally.

Hahah I had just picked up a chick to take her wine tasting on a chilly day in the hills right after I got my 911 and the heater didn't work and it was frigid. She was super impressed.

Doesn't sound like a keeper. I'm sure the dealer will get the 911 sorted quickly.

There is plenty of room for discounts on 2016 Macans since the 2017's are already on dealer lots.
