Default New Member: Lease Deal Input

Hello! This is my first post. Coming from BMW cars, I'm used to pretty good and aggressive lease deals. That said, I need the experts at Rennlist to advise if this current offer I received is a good deal.

2016 911 Carerra S
MSRP - $118,105
Selling Price - $108,500
Term - 30 mo
Miles - 7,500 / year
Residual - 67%
Tax - 9%
MF - 0.002
Cash Due - $1,612
Monthly Payment - $1,537

I've heard people getting payments down to $1,200. Is this possible now? Any help or input would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

Please explain what the cash due means. Is it the first payment or fees etc. Your payment without taxes and $0 down is $1,555.89.

The "cash due" was what the dealer called it. I'm assuming it's the fees? I asked for $0 down. My monthly payment includes taxes. Good deal?

I'm assuming cash due is basically first payment.

Fair deal. Money factor looks right, decent discount from MSRP. Looks like they rolled acquisition fee and DMV fees into the cap cost.

I'm not sure paying 4.8% interest on your loan for looking at your car (I.e. 7.5k miles = not driving) is a very good deal...

I actually don't drive many miles and this will primarily be a weekend car.

I was hoping to find a 911 C2S with enough discount to get payments down to $1200-1300 with $0 down. Is this even feasible? I thought at 7.5k miles residuals would be closer to 69-70%.

as far as PFS leases goes it is a decent deal. With 2017s about to come out maybe you could get a larger discount off of MSRP. otherwise your numbers are just fine for a PFS lease. Ignore all the noise from people who think leases are the devils work. PFS leases are not nearly as aggressively incentivized as BMW and MB.

What's considered a good discount on a stocked car? 10%? Anyone have any dealers they can recommend that can get me such a discount?

This is possible if you select a lower MSRP "S". Otherwise you could go for a regular carrera manual transmission car. Those have the best residual values.

You mentioned you came from BMW. I have been leasing BMWs for over 20 years. BMW is very aggressive with their leases which makes the financial equation tolerable ... And they push sales... On the other hand, leases on Porsches (and most sports cars) are not very good... Which is why I am buying my cab on order in cash... Cheapest way..

Being that I'll be leasing through my corporation, my preference is to lease the car. I guess the 1% monthly payment lease rule of the thumb goes out the window with 911s.

I've been searching the county's inventory for 911s with 7MT but there are less than 100 (all models) 2016 911s available in 7MT.

The residual values are set monthly by Porsche financial and can't be changed. However the dealer can mark up the money factor (interest). You won't be able to get a C2S in the $1300 with min down right now. $1200-$1300 payments are for lightly equipped Carrera leases. Plug in the numbers in a lease calculator to see if they match up. Dealers can hide fees in leases pretty easily. Cheers.

The problem is your term. 39 months is the sweet spot. PM me.
