I'm ordering my .2.0 that way. My Ghibli has the same configuration - lots of compliments and with the black carpets and black dash, you'll have the best of all worlds.

I have the pebble grey and agate two tone with deviating carpet (carpet is agate). The carpet is supposed to come in the pebble grey. I think the deviating carpet was the single best option chosen on my car. Assuming deviating carpet is still available, i would definitely go for it. just my 0.02$

jkennox, if you don't mind posting a pic, i would love to see your color combo with the agate carpeting. i have the same interior combo but with the pebble carpeting & black mats.

I would do it. I just ordered a 991.2 GT Silver with all black interior. Changed my mind to late to change the order.

On edit...I did not see mention as to the exterior color of your car. To me that would make a difference as to whether or not I would go with the red/black interior.

Second edit....I see you want to go agate grey. I think you would be making a great choice going with the Bordeaux Red/Black

Thanks for all the help. Today I went to the dealership and was pretty lucky as they had a customer car with the bordeaux red/black interior. After sitting a while in it I understood this was not for me... So i finalized all and went for agate grey metallic + black interior with yellow stitching. Now the wait begins... Thanks for all your comments!

I had all red interior on 997 GTS. It always felt special. Never got tired of it. Now, when I build cars on the configurator, I try to play with different combos for kicks, but somehow I always end up back at silver, gray, black, or white......the colors that allow the red interior......

as long as the steering wheel/dash and rugs are black, I am all in! I love the red seats.

It took me a couple of years to rationalize to myself that it makes sense. I currently drive a 2011 997 Black Edition Carrera 2 w/PDK. After two 911s and a Cayman I thought to myself that either turbo now or never... Now I cannot wait! Though my wife says that the best time is between the order and the delivery... not really sure
