Amazing dude! You take "Modding" to a totally new level. Very cool car. Enjoy.

All this was cheaper than just purchasing a very lightly used 991 GT3?

The two biggest things you can't just exchange are the low gearing in the GT3/RS which acts as a torque/hp multiplier giving the GT3 much more than just 45 hp over the GTS, and the PDK-S, which is in another league compared to regular PDK. And RWS is nice too.

I guess these mods would make more sense if you were a die-hard manual car driver, and purchased a manual GTS.
However, I expect that 4 wheel drive would be useful in Germany, and you sound like you plan to use the rear seats in the GTS.

Hi Drifting

yes main factor was a car that makes FUN ... 4wd and rear seats etc. and i like the gts (no headache) engine. i'm not a racer i'm a sporty driver and good with the gts. Gt3 is too much for me. i only think that the Gt3 exterior is the best looking 991 at the moment. my goal was not to build a Gt3 copy. My friend is a pro porsche cup driver here in Germany and after driving the car sideways he assure me he would do it the same way. My concept is producing Daily Driving FUN for me and this is porsche for me. Its not just buy Gt3 and install rear seats for me.

Maybe the next project could be a Gt3 copy with manual gearbox. stripped down weight and Gain in HP ???

You need to read all of CCJIN's comments more carefully. He's been very generous and genuine with his answers. His project was never one based on price.

Not everyone buys on price. CCJIN was seeking value based on how he plans to enjoy the ownership experience.

This would easily be a $10k wrap in the USA.

To the OP, thanks for posting this and documenting the work. Now this is an inserting thread and project. What makes forums worth following.

Everyone doesn't have to agree or would necessarily do the same to their car, but the effort and work to do this is very admirable.

A bit more interesting than clear side marker swaps.

true, its very impressive what ccjin was able to accomplish!

( I say that as someone that only did the clear side marker swap)

The OP is an extreme example but I'm sure many of us would like options that Porsche does not provide. In this particular case, it's almost like making yet another variation of the 911. I do wish the GT3 had options for things like manual transmission, front and rear parking sensors and cameras and maybe stereo upgrade. They could make a little more money with little effort by offering these options except for the transmission.

I love what you are doing/did. thanks for sharing. If I were you I would trade mark your car ;-) Porsche may steal your ideas. I can see it now ... coming soon to a Porsche dealer near you.

Looks great! Does the oem gt3 exhaust fit without any modification to the rest of the exhaust system? Love the gt3 center exhaust.
