What did you buy your 991 today thread

No squeaking whatsoever. I installed aftermarket pads because of the high dust content with the OEM pads. I installed Carbotech pads front and rear. I also followed the bedding instructions. I love the GiroDisc rotors look, plus a few lbs reduced on each corner. This is a very easy mod if you have experience in changing pads and rotors.

Got these in the post, my wife's Macan keys were identical to the 911's, just got one set to see the quality and how they wear, but will get a second one if they're good.

Burning Brakes
This doesn't count as buying my 991 anything but this is the thread for car presents so...if anyone wants a set of Porsche OE racing yellow seat belts to fit an RHD 991 Cab then PM me. They were just too yellow for me, in the end. They're fully packaged and good as new. Thanks.

I recently purchased Fabspeed headers and sport cats--they shipped today and will get to my installer Monday. Yesterday I ordered a DSC module that will get here Thursday. The weather here is unseasonably warm, melting away the snow (except at the resorts) so it's Porsche weather again! I'll install the DSC and hope to get the exhaust installed next week or the week after.

If so, it'd be great if you could share pics of how you did it.

Drifting
It is dead easy, there is a video online on the process... fold the seats down, pull up the carpet from the center, and just yank out the PASM module in the middle. The clips on the two cables are the hardest part but it really isn't too bad, took me 10mins max.

I just made the plunge and bought & installed a full exhaust system from Fabspeed. Headers, Sport Cats and tips! The professionals over at Fabspeed are a true testament to the Porsche brand. The know their ****, to put it in plain English! If anyone wants their .2's to sound like heaven check them out!

Video does not do this exhaust justice
I have 2 videos. before and after. Fabspeed also has videos on you tube as well. The videos do not represent the low end growl sound. I sounds way better in person. But here you go anyway......the extra 30 HP is a big bonus, you really feel it around the 4K RPM mark!
