I have the same project going on with a used SportDesign/GTS front bumper I picked up locally. What lower lip are you going with?
Also, would you happen to have a list of parts that don't swap over from the standard Carrera (such as radiator shrouds)?

Without knowing what all is going to stay attached to the bumper you bought, I can’t be exact, but “looking through everything that came with my kit, you will need to get the radiator shrouds, grills, center shroud or cover plate depending on if you have a center radiator, 2 of the 4 parking sensors are different if you have those, the brackets for holding the sensors, and various clips and rivets. I have both of the lower spoilers but am going to use the aerokit one. If you need one, I’m selling the standard lower spoiler.

Make sure to add sliplo especially when you have lower lip painted.
I recently added it and noticed my lip with quite a lot of scrapes even though I'm super careful.

Bought these at the end of last year before HRE bumped their pricing up, but just got mounted today as finally getting warm enough for summer tires in the northeast.
Nothing, as it turns out... I had ordered $1200 of painted interior trim bits, but Porsche apparently changed those to "made to order" and it was gonna be 5-7 months to get 4 bits of plastic painted my car color... I figured I can wrap them in an afternoon for $20, so I'd like to thank Porsche for the opportunity so save some $ ;-) And it's it's ugly I'll unwrap...
