2nd on the foam gun--what car wash and foam gun did you use? Must be a high pressure system to get that degree of foam!

Type of suds you use is also important. I use Honeydew Snow Foam Car Wash Soap and add WARM water to the foam cannon. I think this helps to get the most suds+foam per buck.

Thanks! I'm buying the Torq nozzle and Honeydew soap to use with an electric power washer and I'll report!

Arrived today. Great looking. Nice balance. Direct from Germany via Suncoast. $895 plus additional cost of brand new 991.2 air bag.

iCarsoft POR-II

Ill be doing a full review on this and a couple of other tools soon.

http://www.diagnostic-world.com/page...5&p=111381.cfm

Works on the engine, ABS, airbags, transmission systems to read & reset fault codes, and also takes 20 seconds to reset the oil service message interval.

Cheers..

Are those the Pagid RS29 yellow pads? If so how do you like them and more importantly do you use them daily beyond track duty?

I've started tracking a bit more this year and thinking it might be time to move to better pads and fluid... but given my car is a daily driver wondering if the Pagid yellows might be overkill. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Yes, those are the RS29's. For track they are the best I've found. I used them on my Cayman S and now my 991S. No fade, very long lasting, easy to modulate, relatively easy on rotors. Pricey stuff, though.

I drive them to the track, which in my case can be up to 8-10 hours away, but I don't daily drive them. It would be possible but they will get noisy and they work best when hot, which is rarely the case on the street.
