Papa,

What brand mount is that? Would like to do something similar.

It is actually made of two different holders. With little work (I spent 10 mins or so) I unscrewed the arm of the cheap EEEKit holder I used with my CS before and then cut off it's base to provide flat mounting surface for a stick-on holder.

and used Apps2car stick-on mount on top of the base.

Perhaps there are other options using magnetic mounts with a cup holder. I failed to locate one quickly. I found one from Belkin, albeit spring loaded grip and also read some complaints about weak screw in the base which extends the pads. EEEKit has a metal screw inside the base, so this was a plus.

Either a cup or the phone...or a cup on the passenger side...or the phone over there...
Seriously, I'd use one of Rennline or T design mounts then.

Or wedge the phone beside the seat. Don't need it anyway now that I can get Waze on the display.

Thanks. If I found this before, I'd not spend time on my mods. Note though they say it is small (which is actually good for our cup holder) and some complain about a loose screw, but who knows.
