OK. Front/rear cameras installed and integrated into PCM.
Cameras - Sony, controller- NavTV, PCM 4.0
You do not see front camera at all:

Here it is. It is small and very adjustable wrt position and angle.

Front view:

Rear camera:

Back view. NavTV controller does not give "dynamic lines" with the PCM 4.0. I have them with NavTV and PCM 3.1 on my C2S. Not here. Not that I miss them, but just to know.

Looks good. Very neat job.
Will be interested to see how the views are affected by rain. And how quickly the cameras get dirty, especially the rear one.

Looking clean! Just wondering what has triggered the cleaning?

Did the 40k service and changed the drive belt. I was not enjoying the "corroded" look of the exhaust and exhaust bolts/clamps so decided to bring them back to new, at least on the outside.

Which shop in the Bay Area did you use?
I am confused about the PCM 4 situation. Your car looks like a 991.1 PCM. Don't all 991.1 have PCM 3.1?
And starting with the 991.2 you got PCM 4?
How is it that you got PCM 4?

Yes that looks like a PCM 3.1 screen not the new one in the 991.2? Front camera looks like one similar to what my dealer's recommended shop in Scottsdale AZ offered for my 991.1 also..but really didn't see the need for a front end camera only a rear one. Had done using NAV-TV unit also and got non-dynamic lines on my screen but requires me to ask the shop to activate them when doing the install otherwise had the same...camera with no lines.

Had my front Posi Quiets and new rotors installed and calipers refinished black. My little base brakes have returned to stealth mode (waiting on the correct size decals from the shop to finish them off). Squeaky old stockers replaced by pure silence and, hopefully, considerably less dust.

The exhaust turned out great, what methods and materials did you use to get that?

The old fashioned way; acid to neutralize the rust and then wet n' dry to get a shine.
Took me a couple of solid days to complete. Glad I did it; not sure that I would do it again.
