A couple of pictures in different conditions.
RS indoors, daylight
RS and C2 outdoors, overcast
C2 outdoors, overcast
Danbury Porsche kept all the cool stuff out back. If I had an extra $25k I'd have probably bought that Lava C2 instead of my CPO C4.

My SA told me yesterday that 290 of the GT3 RS cars are painted in Lava Orange.
That is a third of the cars painted in that color. I came very close yesterday on buying a Lava Orange GTS coupe. Spent two days deliberating over it. Finally decided that it was not my color. Instead I got the Rhodium Silver Cabriolet with Garnet Red leather and Carbon Fiber interior package. I pick it up on Monday. Will provide pics next week.

Disclaimer: I own a Lava 991
Statement: When the dust settles and if these cars someday become collectible, history indicates that the rare tends to trump the common. Based on the number of silver/white/black cars built, it stands to reason that blue/red/green (and yes even lava) cars will be highly sought after.
Fact: None of that factored into my purchase, I simply enjoy owning a car that is different and inspires like and dislike in equal measure. Buy what you love, we'll all be dead soon anyway.
