Anyone know what model years the service action covers? I just had my 2015 Carrera GTS in for its first service last month, and service adviser said no open campaigns for my car. I have not had any issues, including the stumble issue, with my car (PDK).

Here's a tip. Start using the MyCarfax app on your phone. You'll probably see recall campaigns there before the dealership alerts you or the US mail.

Hmmmm, that's how I found out about the campaign - Carfax. Carfax pinged me and I have a 15 GTS too.

So is Carfax wrong or the SA in N.C. ?

Just picked up my car '14 C2S from 20K service about an hour ago and this recall was done. My car did stumble before hand so will certainly pay attention and let folks know if it helps.

On a side note I am dumbfounded by the cost of service on this thing. Just paid $900 total for the 20K service, brake fluid flush, over $150 labor for that...really, but that's not all... and wiper blades that labor was $99...wtf. Anyway my R8GT and or my RS5 was half this from Audi for the same service. Nuts. Second this thing if off warranty it will be going to an independent shop.

What scares me: my car does NOT stumble. I'm kind of afraid to fix what isn't broken

Well, as I've been told, the stumble is "normal", so it would make sense to make sure all cars are normal.

DIY my friend.

Most services are written up and posted on this site.

Amen. Waiting on my expanded garage with lift and AC to defeat FL summer temps to be done so I have a fighting chance. but labor to check my horn etc...I can do that and did just on the way there. glad they cleaned the drain holes at least for my $$. If I wasn't so damn busy and didn't drive the hell out of the car on my daily long commute (140 round trip daily) I would have argued or questioned it more. Next time I could spend the ten minutes to order the parts and put the wiper blades on my self and save $150. Also forgot to ask if there is a PCA discount there on service/parts at all.

Is there good documentation of this "stumble?"

All I could find was this video:

I found it unhelpful as he appears to let off the gas the second he feels it stumbles. I think I'd be able to see/hear the problem better if he accelerated smoothly?

It's not the PDK acceleration issue.

It's very subtle and unfortunately can only be felt by your backside. It doesn't show up on the tach so it's difficult to capture on video.

Here is the detailed writeup I made for my dealer as I've been trying to address this issue: https://i.imgur.com/gpSL2rb.jpg

On my 2015 GTS, it shows no open recalls. Granted, the item we are referring to in this thread is a service action and not a recall, so maybe the app doesn't show service action/campaigns.
