Other than increased horse power....why choose a GTS over a 4S 991.2?

Thanks in advance.

The BIGGEST one is:

Normally aspirated engine (991.1 GTS) vs turbo'd (991.2)

GTS has the badass centerlock wheels and will produce 10HP more than the 991.2 because it has the powerkit.

^ this is the biggest one and sealed the deal for me. I drove the 991.1 turbo and it was great but there was something pure about the GTS that I couldn't ignore. And you can get one now!

I think if you look back at the endless debates about 991.1 NA vs. 991.2 Turbos, you can make a personal decision there. This thread will once again turn into two sides debating the obvious. Both have their merits based on personal taste. After all, look at the wide variety of shoes in the driving shoe thread! No right/wrong. Choose your path wisely.

Yeah but its pretty obvious that the Stand21 customized Daytona's are the 'right' shoe!

Looks. Do you prefer you car's styling to be simple and classic or more busy like the M4?

The one with all the additional vents, creases, angles and plastic bits is the fugly one and the other is the 991.1.

The answer is rather simple:

991.1 GTS

The facial expression and unbridled expression of joy between 2:10 - 2:25 tells you all you need to know. It's that good.

991.2 - I heard the engine last week 1st hand in Zuffenhausen at low rpms driving through parking lots.

On the other hand you are asking a bunch of people who already bought the 991.1 so of course we are biased and think our cars are better than the 991.2. The 991.2 is the newer car and has more changes than just a turbo motor - suggest you look at that and drive both.
