Nice video. Curious as to why you shot it in the rain?

Why not? It was raining, had a camera, and it looks cool.

It's big news. A 911 driven in the rain isn't a common sighting

(Trying to be funny)

I was just curious. Wasn't implying that driving a 911 in the rain was crazy. Before I retired, I drove mine daily, rain or shine. I was just curious if you wanted the rain effect on the video, or just had the camera that day and wanted to do it then.

Thanks for the response.

I figured not. To be honest, we were hoping that the roads would be wet, but the rain would hold off. Obviously that didn't work out, but we had all the equipment and shot the video anyway.

He is meeting me again to shoot a longer video which will feature the 911 as well as the E36 M3 race car.

The rain adds interest. Love the car, and thanks for sharing the video. Things like this help we Northerners when the car is put away for 5 months...

Ever notice how many car/truck commercials are filmed in the rain. I notice these things. I have a sickness.
