In what way? I've seen cars with many more options.

Personally I don't buy beige interiors so that's a bit crazy to me

Make sure you hold both steering wheels (the sports steering wheel, as standard in the GTS and the multifunction as specified in your config) in your hands before ordering.

I see a well rounded package and way to go on choosing a GTS now.

I think it is crazy not to upgrade the radio to at least Bose. Of course, I enjoy hearing the just the car at times but for me the Bose with XM is worth the price.

I was just told this by my dealer. If it's true there are no more 991.1 allocations left in NA and your build won't become a reality. I hope this is not the case.

The regional manager from Porsche just contacted Glenn and they are not allowing any 991's to be ordered. No Carreras, Carrera S, GTS, or turbo... The 2016's are done for good and this goes for all of North America.

Apparently, I am one of the last allocations.

So, tan interior won't looks strange on a GTS?

No. Black is so overplayed. Everyone has a black interior. You like tan? Get tan.

Tan a no go in a GTS in my opinion.

I'd really lock in your build or confirm with your dealer ASAP. They don't plan on building any 991.1 cars past December.

That was my thinking.

But I do loose the alcantara, which I'm torn on. I guess I just need two 911s.

My personal taste I guess. Not a tan fan, and the GTS is the one sportier version of the 911. I think the Alcantara suits it well. It's not a boulevard cruising Porsche Exclusive 911 if you know what I mean.

I agree. Tan is a luxury color, not a sports car color, and the GTS is the sportingest non-GT/Turbo 991. I think it would be odd to do a tan interior on a GTS, but it's all personal preference.
