any chance you can order a set of 50th seats complete with the inserts and simply swap out the originals?

Not sure if its true but I heard that you can only get 50th pepita cloth from Porsche if you have a 50th VIN, complete seats as per Larry's suggestion might work around this problem.

I would not be surprised ... but hopefully a 50th RL owner would oblige

Interesting discussion. I definitely wouldn't tamper with the 60th seats. On a personal note I hated the pepita seats and ordered leather in my 50th. My wife and kids also disliked the pepita. About 40% of the 50th's came full leather according to my calculations. It's just personal preference.

Just curious - what is there to "hate" about pepita seats?

I just find them very unattractive. What else can anyone say. It's like asking why someone doesn't like a particular color.

Got it, thanks for clarifying.

I usually reserve the word "hate" for visits to the dentists, lima beans, corked wine and certain politicians.

Welcome to the Internet...

Brown? Are you referring to the color of the fabric Larry? Maybe some old-school pepita had some brown in it, but for sure the current pattern in the 911.50 does not. Agreed. Brown would be gross in a non-brown interior.
