Have you guys noticed how difficult it is to find a full set of tires for a 991 with 20 inch wheels?

I recently settled for a set of P-Zeros from Tire Rack because it was literally all I could buy in a full front/rear set.

I took a screw in one the day after installation too

maybe it will get better with the 991.2 seemingly shod with MPSS N-spec rubber

Happens towards the end of summer and winter every year or last two years anyway. They seem to make a certain quantity and let it ride till they are all gone. Had the exact same issue with my 20" on my RS5. Now have two P zeros I did not want and two Michelin Super Sports I still want more of. Killed one tire and had no other choice.

Small market for large summer tires.

The bread and butter for these tire companies (making this all up now) is probably some 16in tire with 70 sidewall and has a 1M mile tread warranty! Most consumers want the cheapest tire with the longest wear warranty. Very very few people get excited about buying new tires.

Are you tracking with the tire? If not, can't you just patch it if it's in the middle?

Not tracking, but I do have a lengthy road trip about to happen and want to be safe.

just patched a PZero on the tread with 3500 miles. It is leaking after the patch. We are regressing tremendously and no one seems to care. Quality service and product no longer exist.

Tire rack seems to have them. Or, do they disappear when you try to complete the purchase.
