Default New 991 GTS, Alcantara seats, or leather with cooling

The GTS alcantara package is one of my favorite parts of my GTS. I sat in a full black leather GTS as well. It was nice but not nearly as unique as the GTS alcantara interior. I did opt for the leather sport design wheel and shift **** as opposed to alcantara.

If you're doing it for resale I'd stick with the alcantara and do the full leather/alcantara option.

When I sat in the Alcantara seat, it seemed a bit more plush in some respects

Okay...the deviated stitching and red accent seat belts to make me jealous but I wouldn't take the Alcantara in trade.
I can totally understand your reasoning, especially with a Targa in the open sun.

I don't care for the the "mouse fur" but the vented seats are really comfortable in hot weather.

I have the ventilated seats in my C2S coupe with full black leather. Here in the Central Valley of California between Fresno and Bakersfield, the ventilated seats are turned on all the time in the summer. Within 3 seconds it feels like an ice cube running down your back. Really increases the comfort when driving with air conditioning.
However if you are considering resale on a GTS . . . I suspect most buyers seeking a GTS down the line will expect the GTS's special alcantara interior.

I am thinking that too. I am sticking with Alcantara. Hell I have ventilated seats in my black pickup with black interior and I use them so little I forget they are there some times.

Thanks for the input!

I chose Alcantara guys. Final answer! lol. Got rid of the lighted entry illuminated sills as well. Thanks for helping me decide!

Daily driver = cooled seats. Premium plus actually.

Had alcantara in my m3, never again. Not meant for years of daily use. Will get matted down, fade to grey, etc.

Some where I read someone posted something about BMW Alcantara and someone said it was different than Porsches product they use. Do u think there are different types etc?
