I'm looking at a 2015MY C4S that's on a dealer lot. When I look up the VIN it says the Prod Month was 07/2014. Anyone know how the Prod Month relates to dealer delivery?

Also, if anyone knows when generally did the MY16s hit the lots and the MY15s stop getting made?

Just trying to be ready for negotiation. Thanks!

The 2016 911s started hitting dealers only very recently, I believe. August, I think; July at the earliest. BTW, that car in your other post (I assume it's the one you were talking about) was on the lot when I bought my 911 in early May. It was my top choice for a bit but then I decided to stretch and get a Turbo.

If the production month was 07/2014, the dealer as probably had it since August or September of 2014.
