Every car dealership has a mobile detail guy who does professional touch-ups for them on a regular basis. If you have a good relationship with the dealer, he'll give you the name of the guy they use, and you can make an appointment with him and not get the dealership add on fee.
Based on the picture, I'd say that it will take no more than five minutes to remove the scratch or at least minimize it to the point where almost no one will notice it. I've never paid more than $40 for any repair when I deal directly with the detailer. If you schedule through a dealership, you can double or triple that price.
