Default fault engine extract

Hi guys, I have the same issue, but with a twist. I get the "fault engine extract" error message (2013 911 S CAB) but the fans are running. Any suggestions?

II have the electrical schematics but there is not a whole lot of info on that.

Thanks for your help!

Ray

Just fixed this by following guidance from Rennlist post here. Was a bad fan, $225 from Porsche and DIY vs waiting weeks to get covered under CPO.

Sometimes the fault would show and both fans ran. Other times, one wouldn’t spin, but would start with a hard tap. No errors since replacing the fan last week.

Anyone know which is Fan # 1 and which is Fan #2 ?

For reference, use drivers side or passengers side.
