Driver seat bolster wear
Would significant bolster wear on the driver's seat of a low mileage (<15k) car influence your buying decision if everything else about the car checked out? Would you be comfortable with a re-dye/reconditioning of the area?

Scratches behind the door handle would be the end of me. I'm the sort that carries a microfiber towel with me just to open and close the door.
Color is light grey.

Bolster wear is not inevitable. I have seen cars with less than 5000 miles with bolster wear. Because of belts and jeans. However it is simple to prevent. I have an 89 930 turbo with an original beige interior with no bolster wear. John Paterek national Porsche judge and restoration shop taught our Porsche Club a simple trick to prevent bolster wear and it works. Before you get into your car place your left hand on the bolster and as you rotate into the car to sit down rub your *** and hips against your arm and hand and sit down. No bolster wear if your body does not rub against it. I have done it for over 20 years and it is automatic for me I do it in all my cars. My seats look great.
