[QUOTE="Nosunroof;12426128"]signed waiver from dealer in USA specifying I did not want hole in bumper and they again asked me in Zuffenhausen. /QUOTE]

Excellent news about the tow hook mount. I've been stressing about how the hell I'm going to get Club Blau bumper plugs after hearing about Larry's front bumper assault at Zuffenhausen.

Did the tow hook mount mess with park assist or can you just turn it off?

So the plate in tow hook does mess with parking sensor, but you have a button on ceiling console to shut it up. On/off no problem

Excellent. Thanks! You might be surprised the extent to which I've been troubled by the thought of having my bumper drilled.

LEIPZIG uses TAPE!!! I still don't understand why Zuffenhausen can't use tape, or why it isn't standard for both EU Delivery Centers, or for the cars that are being exported out of EU, why it's even necessary... my.02!

Couldn't you just pick the car up in Zuffenhausen using the tow-hook bracket, drive away, remove the bracket and reattach the plate with your own tape??
