How do you get out of the car? That looks REALLY tight....do you open the access door to the house and go in there in one fluid movement from the car?

New metal roof, 110/240 electric, T-8 lighting, perimeter cement, bathroom, office, paint, etc. Erected a wall down the middle of the building then rented half the space to a German metal fabricator. Wish I did this 20 years ago. T

No garage, just a small parking pad in back, but the plus side is I can have dinner on the back deck and look at the Porsche.

Ha. Well no choice really. Don't want to turn the back into a garage. But yeah it does suck getting into a cold car and having to clear ice and snow.

drcollie, I like the way you have your garden tools tucked in so far back in the corner that you can hardly reach them. I guess we know where your priorities lie. Kidding aside, beautiful job on your garage.

The original owner of my house had the three car garage floor done in wonderful light grey epoxy of some sort . . . then fabricated and welded racecar chassis with the welding sparks each making a pockmark in my now polka-dotted floor.
Everyone should keep an old manual transmission 911 handy when they try a new PDK.
The 2015 is thinking "does that 1974 make my butt look big?"

It's neither my last nor my ultimate garage, but this is the view from the kitchen. So, yeah, I'm in the garage frequently.

My final garage will be much more like Eduardo's. Possibly in Carmel.

There's actually much more width than the angle shows... I can open the door to nearly the second stop.... No tighter than a regular UK parking space...

We have plans to build up a new garage but with so many other plans this will suffice in the meantime!

And that porsche nuts video is hilarious! I'll take that one for the team

So how about you guys? Let's see your garage and what you've done it it?
It has been brought up before, but no reason why it can not be brought up again!

Cheekymonkeyman's cozy garage above reminds me of my first garage in a rental condo on Key Biscayne in 1978.
Man, that was a tight squeeze! Not as tight as this one that my buddy has at his place in Asia!

In any case, there was something about that damp garage that always forced me to park my 1970 911T outside...
but I don't recall right now what the reason for that was!

Like Cheekymonkeyman, I like my garage walls free from auto memorabilia, enamel signs, steering wheels, badges & rally plates. I hate clutter.

Saludos,
Eduardo
