Default Porsche 991 Crashes Into Car Wash

From the article:
According to the Cape Code Times, "Taylor said he had just left the car wash office after making an appointment for car detailing. When he attempted to pass under the roof canopy, he believes the accelerator got stuck. He said he hit the brakes three times, but the car didn't stop and struck the support pillars."

BS. Porsche brakes can stop a freight train. Even allowing for a "floor met malfunction" I can't see how laying hard on the brakes wouldn't stop the car or at least provide enough time to steer away from the post. Which of course begs the question of steering away from the post. Yes, not the most sympathetic reaction but seems like BS to me.

Gas paddle stuck? So he is going to blame the person who vacuumed the interior of not putting back the carpet properly.
