Default Opinions needed on 2 CPO cars

To all,

Was looking into purchasing a new vehicle last year but decided against it as I spend roughly 80% of my time outside of the country and could not justify (to my wife) the purchase. Now I am considering purchasing a CPO vehicle which my wife can use occasionally for daily errands and I can use to enjoy during my times back in the States.

To that end, would love to get all of your thoughts on the following 2 vehicles:

1. 2014 c4s $115k, msrp @ $132k. Prestige Imports Lakewood, CO.
https://prestige-imports.porschedeal...93192/info.php

2. 2013 c4 $90k, msrp $115k. Porsche of Jackson, MS
https://jackson.porschedealer.com/ce...89760/info.php

Questions:
1. Are these priced fairly? What would be a reasonable price?
2. Any insights regarding the reputation of these dealers?
3. With CPO, is one given any sort of a document to verify coverage?
4. Any issues with glare on agate gray dash?

Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't even consider a non S model.

Try and knock 5K off #1 That looks like a nice car at 110K

Are you stuck on a 4? I would try to get an S if I could. Prob get better deal on C2S.....more of them. Here is an example of a C2S cab certified with low miles. It's a 2015

The S looks nice, but I agree, you should be able to get some off the asking price.

Thanks, STG. Will see where we can go with the price. On ebay, the auction ended with no bidders at the current price.

Huge fan of your pick of the week thread, btw!

Thanks, Dcrna1.

Yeah, somewhat stuck on a 4. Not a need but a want. Along with coupe, pdk, leather interior, silver/dbm exterior.

Does anyone else here think that the whole CPO thing is a bit of a scam?
Please tell us what exactly the difference between a cpo and non-cpo vehicle is.
Tire tread, oil leaks, service history??

Extends the factory warranty by 2 years!! What's there not to like?

A no brainer.

Simple!

2 additional years of Porsche warranty and another 50,000K miles, whichever comes first.

While on the subject, is the CPO along with the factory warranty transferable to the 2nd, 3rd, etc buyer(s) ? TIA T

I've never heard of or seen the Rhodium/ Agate combo before. Make sure you check it out in person before you commit, as to me those colors don't seem to go too well together . . .

Most posts about color indicate Rhodium has a bit of a blue cast to it (I would agree - it killed a nice c4s cab deal for us). Agate leather has a bit of a brown cast (we had a 981 BS w/Agate leather. Rhodium = cool, Agate = warm. You need to see the combo in person.
