I don't get the GT Silver attraction, it looks pretty blah, but then I don't like silver cars of any hue.

GT silver is my only choice. love love love. Anything else is a deal breaker!

Unless it's Kermit green or Mexico blue. I'll budge for the skittles

yeh...agree with you completely , same goes for all the various darker silver hues i.e., grays, too, right ?

I like them both, but the Rhodium has a blue cast to it that you either like or don't in a silver color. GT Silver is the bomb, all the way!

I was going with GT until I saw them both in person. GT is definitely a lot grayer and similar to my M5's space gray. I think it would go much better than Rhodium if I got a red interior. As it is, I'm going with a black interior and I don't think GT justifies the price premium. I changed my mind and I'm going with Rhodium.

I had a 2004 Anniversary edition Boxster that was GT silver. Everywhere I went, people commented on how awesome the color was.

Am I correct in presuming GT Silver is on the right? If so, it is an awesome color!

I have Rhodium Silver on our Cayenne and it is brighter than the Arctic Silver on the previous Cayenne and I have GT silver on the GT3. While it may not be brighter it is rich looking and to my mind elegant on the GT3 but I like silver on a Porsche ...... or may be blue and with GT silver there is just a hint of blue in the color.

Since you have both, which do you prefer? Would you get GT silver again?

Rhodium definitely has a bluish hint to it. The dealership had a Rhodium cabrio with blue top and interior and they went very well together.

Rhodium is very white and cool. GT is very gray and dense. Platinum (now PTS only, but approved) is brown and warm. Think in terms of your interior choice to maximize your silver selection. Cool interior shade, warmer exterior shade etc.
