The dealer swapped out the tires today put the winter wheels and rubber in storage for me. The 20" MPSS are so much better than the 19" Sottozero II Better handling, quieter and superior stopping.
Saw a customers GT3 as well as a mahogany "base" turbo on the showroom floor.

I remember the same thing from my first year with the car. They delivered it to me with winter wheels / tires installed. The car felt great! Until I swapped to the summer tires.... then it was amazing.
Every year the first drive with the summer wheels / tires is a surprise with how much of a difference they make.

I bought a CPO 911-50 and had it delivered to me in Germany in January with new Pirelli winters mounted. It is amazing to drive all over on the back roads and the autobahn. Thursday, the summer tires go on for the first time. Can't imagine how much better it can get with summers with the additional 10mm of rubber going from the 295 winters in back to the 305 summers.
