Default New Configurator

So what did you guys learn today when you played with the configurator on Porsche's site........NO technical specifications on any 991 EXCEPT the RS. Will New York unveil the new turbo motors? Inventory issues at all Porsche stores with sports cars. No one has any for the most part. They arent building the 991.1 motor anymore except for the GTS. New car 991.2 about to be announced?

Never can tell with the Porsche configurator,.....when it's working it's top notch IMO. Could be just updating or somethings were dropped out by mistake.

But times they are a changing......

Aren't they using the same motor for new GT4 Cayman? My dealer has many new 911's.

Probably because you are in a snow state. The sales will pick up now. Over here in CA there are not many. And not many coming anytime soon.

In Canada there is a big delay on getting product from the Port in Halifax. Apparently the snow is higher than the cars in the yard and they cannot move/find cars to ship across the country

Looks like the German configurator site still has technical info.

Same with the Canadian configurator, UK as well. Likely just an issue with the US configurator.

Configurator works yes, the OP's point was that it no longer includes the technical details (ie. engine, hp) for the 991 models.

Interesting, I just tried it again and it does not work... assume this is the 'Technical Specifications' within the configurator itself (after selecting a particular model)? This is what I see in the US configurator...

This is what I get on the US, configurator at around 6:45 PM EDT. It has been this way all day when I have checked it, and yesterday also.
