Tell Frank STG (George) sent you. Breaks the ice that way plus told him he better take good care of any HFS followers or ELSE!!

I HATE cold calling dealers. Just did it an hour ago on another car. Very painful. Porsche sales guy I talked to never even heard of Rennlist

Having a contact always helps. Why I try and have a few that I can call on and help guys out with, and NO I don't get anything out of it. Ok, maybe a few free CarFax's. Ha ha. Always good to know people. I usually reach out to other Rennlisters I think highly of who buy a lot of cars and get references from them sometimes. Always good to find good sales guys.

I'm a buyer every three years too with a daily driver or another 911 down the line. GT3 or whatever. Good being in the loop myself.

It's a hobby. A time consuming one at that.

I agree. Once you're hooked, it's over. Like a big frat party here. Good times and nice rides.

I can understand addiction now. Could be something worse I guess!

I was the one who almost bought the car despite the fact that Silver is not really my color. There was a little bit of an issue last second (tax credit on trading in another leased Pcar only to find out last second from finance guys that is not possible).

STG - In terms of deal, how does this compare to the one I asked for opinion on a little earlier @ $79-80k?

I think $80K would be good assuming all checks out.

Neebs,
It would be highly appreciated if you could drop me a quick line. I've got a couple of questions for you.
