Wrong thread, but here's a PTS 2015 GT3 that's been sitting for at least two months... I covet the hell out of this thing, but have literally no use for a GT3. The spec and PTS Arena Red just punch all my buttons... I don't follow the market that closely, but $135k for a PTS GT3 struck me as significantly cheaper than I expected. Maybe my expectations are wacky...
I just got my 2014 GT3 with 40k miles and brand new engine for close to $100k....good time to buy with that 10 year warranty. Car is simply amazing. My 991S was great but this is another level. One with 15k miles and replaced engine just sold on BAT for $105k ($110k with buyer premium).

Is it comfy enough to drive a lot. Or a bit too track-like to use a lot on streets?

Only can decide that but more than not would say it is not a daily driver. If you have very smooth roads that may help but if I were you I would drive one, which is the only way to decide.
This is the least expensive 991.2 I've found AND it has adaptive cruise. Overall good options. Dealer site says it has sport exhaust but build sheet doesn't show it. Full 2 tone leather, 18 ways, SC. High miles with all maintenance up to date. I wonder how it looks in person. Graph blue hard to photograph well

Definitely does NOT have factory sport exhaust, which has center exit instead of side exit. Nor does it have the exhaust switch on the center console. Might have an aftermarket exhaust of some type.
Nice build other than that. Sport Chrono, full leather, 18-ways, are all things I look for. Personally, I couldn't care less about adaptive cruise.
Pricewise, $66K is cheap for a nicely equipped 991.2 base, but 58K,. highest miles I've seen on one. At a minimum I'd want them to put CPO on the car.

I agree... 991.1 GT3s are becoming an interesting buying opportunity. 101 GT3s and another 106 RSs (991.1 generation) on car gurus alone, prices trending down.
$100K for a non-accident GT3 with 40K miles sounds like a particularly good deal though.

....and a brand new engine, $8k in xpel/ceramic coating, new centerlocks, and $5k audio/backup cam upgrades!

I drove it back 9 hours from San Francisco and had no problems at all with comfort level. The suspension isn't too harsh. As long as you aren't in an area with a ton of big dips in the road or really bad potholes, I could see DD'ing. Then again, if you can afford a GT3, you can probably also afford a cheaper daily driver to go with it....
How reliable is KBB to estimate a private sale value? Are they typically over/under or nowhere close to accurate?
I just put my car into their site and then played a little - was surprised to see a -$4k difference in private sale value for my manual Vs PDK. I keep hearing that manuals are attracting a premium.....maybe just wishful thinking.

In my recent experience, a coupe with a manual T is currently getting a premium, assuming everything else checks out.
Hi guys,
I am looking at this CPO 2015 911 Carrera 4. It has 30K miles and reportedly in very good cosmetic condition. It is priced at 72,900. VIN WP0AA2A92FS106912. What do you think about the car and the price? below you can find the build sheet and Carfax report (Clean). Thanks much.
