In service on 01/2014. So, no more warranty. Too lazy to post the build sheet but it was originally $98,957 MSRP. Basically, PDK, Bose, 20" wheels, and sunroof

The auction is not over yet - two more days to go so not sure what the deal will be. Might end up being a good one - might not.

Hello, I am a new member and am looking to become a first time Porsche buyer! I am looking for a 7 speed manual transmission Carrera S. My local dealership has one on the lot, its a 2017 911 Carrera S, MSRP $129k selling for $116k because it was a demo car and has over 350 miles on it. The car was built in 10/16 which means its been around a while. The link is below. Can someone please help me understand if this is a good price for the car and maybe take a stab at explaining why its been on sale for over a year? Is there something I'm missing? Finally what is a good counter offer to get the car?

Agreed. This is one reason I'm not a fan of TV screens in cars, they look dated so quickly. Look at the nav screens in the 996, 997.1 and .2, and even the 991.1. Ugh.

Seeing you also posted a thread on the main board they can help there. 991.1's discussed here.

Looks like this link for finding original msrp no longer works?

Does someone have another alternative? Tks

It still seems to work for most VIN's...
----
Looking at the link you posted, seems like the VIN you are trying to look up is WP0AB2A90HS122817
It is quite strange that using the tool on that VN redirects you to the PCNA Porsche dealer search page.

This is something different....
PCNA decoder still works for most VINs, but does something strange with kage65's WP0AB2A90HS122817 VIN and redirects to the Porsche dealer search page instead. Works fine for the handful of other VINs I just tested.
----
Looks like WP0AB2A90HS122817 is a 991.2 anyway, but the mclaren vin lookup link and vindecoderz seem to properly decode it...

This is definitely different ... the mclaren app doesn't work anymore either. Vindecoderz still does but I suspect not for much longer ... PorscheVIN.com still works for previously decoded VINs but not new ones.

Yep, currently bouncing every Porsche VIN I try to the dealer search page...
