Default Backing into timing for 991.2

So, I'd be interested in people's thoughts as to timing for the 991.2?

I've heard 2015 production will continue through July. I'm pretty sure the factory is effectively closed in August, maybe the first two weeks of September will be spent reconfiguring some things for the 991.2, including training, and then production begins after the launch at Frankfurt International Auto Show?

2016 orders are being takin now as 991.1 and 2017 models will be the 991.2. I just test drove a new C4 yesterday and asked what the time frame for the change is. Very reputable sales person has told me that Porsche has not told them yet.

Similar to what my salesman said yesterday. Said they were still taking orders and that based on several things, couldn't remember them all, that he felt the 2016s would be 991's as well.

I do not think it would be a good idea to buy one of the first off the line turbo's of a new model ....

Why? It's not like they won't test as thoroughly as for the GT3...

Thanks guys- that's interesting, My dealer indicated the 2016s would be .2s, but that was as of maybe a month ago.
