That's why some say the GTS sounds better than the GT3 in the day to day lower RPMs range...
And the reason why a lot of GT3 owners disconnect the little hose that provides engine vacuum to the exhaust solenoid,thus making the valves stay open all the time.
Note if you do that this affects the low end torque ... conversely sometimes in order to pass sound check you can disable the flaps from opening at 3500rpm
but this affects the high end torque (and back pressure which some claim is detrimental to engine health)

I thought so too...and I still do,but there's a guy on the GT3 board/Money something that put his car on the Dyno just to prove there's no low end torque loss. His thread is well documented on the GT3 board with graphs and all...
