Mesh Grille Radiator protection Sport F/E
Just made some grille mesh radiator protectors for Lucy. The mesh is 18 gauge so they are pretty strong. Approximate size was 12x6.5 inches for a nice snug fit. Uses cable ties to secure.

Thanks to the 997 owner who posted the YouTube on how he made his.

I used the medium vs the small size for extra holding power in event a larger object comes in contact.

I added the third center radiator. Suncoast sells the kit. Around $600.00 I didn't like the way the cap looked. The mounting location and coolant lines are already there. Just bolt on and connect the lines. The kit comes with the bumper trim pieces for the standard or sport design bumper. Rennline makes mesh for both versions.

Just give them your VIN and they should get the right trim pieces for your bumper. Which bumper do you have?
If your going to be doing mesh and the bumper is coming off anyway, you might as well do the radiator too.

It vents downwards under the bumper. I remember looking at it and wondering the same thing. They have it figured out with the design. It's not like you have a air tight box with air being pushed into the radiator and nowhere to go.
