It is all about habits and prejudice. I have plenty of prejudice toward what 911 car is, i tried i think all cars in 968, 993, 996, 997 series and i do not like at all how street 991 car feels and handles.
Yet people i trust say 991 gt3 is totally different while having same core technology, so, ma be it is all in software and 991.2 street cars will be completely different. Who knows.

That's pretty much all that needs to be said.
That is a very assumptive statement, which as it turns out, is not true.

He did also post the same question on the 997 Forum. The responses are about 50/50 concerning going from a 991 base to a 997.2 S. Many said they would do it only if they could get a 997.2 GTS., which like the 991 GTS, has the X51 package.

Lol.

I just looked and he did exactly what I told him to do. And under an hour from when I posted. There was a post in that thread just as blunt as mine.

I'm glad he did. He took my advice and from the looks of it made his decision.

There's always two sides to the coin. And two armies on either side of the river. Always will be.

What did you do Hogwild?

Hog.

I just looked.

Congrats on your move. That's why I didn't even offer my two cents. The only decision that matters is yours.

Enjoy that car and drive it in good health!

Thanks marcusg, bought the car on your turf/Newport Beach at Phillips on PCH. Nice guys to deal with. Old Harley riders have to stick together.

Congrats again.

There are some really nice cars that come through Phillips.
Almost bought an 07 S there a couple years back.
