Default She's arrived! My first Porsche

Picked her up last night, my first Porsche. Can't wait for the weekend to arrive so that I can put some miles on the clock. Having never seen a Rhodium 911 in the flesh, I was somewhat nervous about how the build would turn out. But it was love at first sight, the colour is amazing, much better in real life than any of the hundreds of pics I studied before finally pulling the trigger more than three months ago.

My sincere appreciation to all of you for the vast knowledge that can be found on this forum. It was invaluable in finalising my perfect build. Herewith the obligatory first-pic-in-the-parking-garage, and below is the build spec. Many more pics to come in due course!

2015 Carrera S
Rhodium Silver Metallic
Leather interior in Black
ParkAssist (front and rear) with reversing camera
Electrically folding exterior mirrors
Sports exhaust system
Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)
Sport Chrono Package
20-inch Carrera S wheel
Wheel Caps
Wheel spacers, 5mm
Rev counter dial face in black
Automatically dimming interior/exterior mirrors
Luggage net passenger footwell
Floor mats
Adaptive Sports seats (18-way, electric)
SportDesign steering wheel
Porsche crest embossed on head restraints
Burmester High-End Surround Sound System

Congrats!! The beginning of a long journey.

I love how you guys get the 3rd radiator standard over in the Middle East. Not just with a power kit.

Nice touch!

Thank you! The first time I actually noticed the 3rd radiator was when I looked at this same photograph last night. But I agree, it does look nice.

I hate the cap that's usually there. You guys get it because of all the "cold" weather there! Ha ha.

Must be great there this time of year.

Rhodium Silver is a great choice for the exterior color. Nicely done.

And I love the clean black-and-white design of the Dubai license plate. American license plates, by contrast, look too tacky and ugly.

Yip, we're currently within the two month window period where one can drive with the sunroof open without being grilled from above, or choked by the dust, or (usually) both at the same time.

Thank you, sir. The number plate is just one of those things, it would look better without it, but hey, what can you do, rules are rules...

I think they're busy redesigning the plates, it will most likely end up having a pointy building on it. Interestingly, low digit number plates are worth more in Dubai than even the most expensive new vehicle. They achieve auction prices in excess of US$14 million. To quote the most expensive sale yet (from a local website):

1. Plate Number: 1
The numero uno license plate belongs to businessman Saeed Abdul Ghafour Khouri, said to be a close relative of our second place holder Talal Ali Mohammad Khouri. Purchased at an auction for an astronomical AED 52 million, this number plate holds the distinction of being the most expensive number plate in the history of motoring.

Very nice!

So which countries get the 3rd radiator without the PowerKit?
