Platinum Satin finish on wheels.

Platinum Satin finish on wheels.
Can those who have this option comment on if the Platinum Satin finish does a good job of hiding brake dust?
On my current 2005 Boxster brake dust is a real nightmare as the rest of the car looks nice and clean, the wheels get real nasty looking with brake dust very quickly.
From looking at the Platinum Satin finish it looks like it might do a pretty good job of hiding the brake dust.
cheers

I wash my car about every 2-3 weeks but the Pt satin wheels every 4-6 weeks because the brake dust makes them look better (a shade darker and more of a matte finish) I will wipe the red brake calibers with a cleaning wipe. Love'em

I wax my platinum wheels, like I have with all prior wheels, and brake dust tends to not really stick on it. If it does, it comes off with a little water spray. I have never really noticed brake dust on these, but then again, my car is white and gets cleaned reasonably often.
