Shipping Blocks in Shocks
I need some advice.
I picked up my 2015 C4S on Wednesday, and have driven it 300 miles. I noticed it seemed to be bottoming out over some bumps and while parking and turning the wheel there was a thumping sensation. Today I looked under the car at the front shocks and noticed the dealer hadn't removed the shipping blocks in the shocks. Could this have damaged the suspension? Seems amazing to me that they could have missed this.
Your thoughts?

Wow. Crappy delivery by dealership. Doubt there's any damage. How many miles at delivery?
The noise you are experiencing when parking and turning when parking is normal. Search "acorns" here and read at will.

Burning Brakes
Appears it munched the ribbed shock boot when comparing it to what mine looks like anyway.
You've checked the other springs- were any still "blocked"?
It is remarkable (unbelievable?) that such a thing could get past a dealer. Letter w/ photo
to Germany. I have -0- faith in PCNA operations - they protect their own to save face.

You should write a letter to your dealer documenting the fact that they failed to properly 'deliver' the car, copy PCNA, send it registered mail (to the dealer).
That way, if you develop any problems later you have documentation that this occurred.
