I can't stop thinking how good my tails would look on your car. Not selling! Ha ha. Clear version like your new ones and had them professionally painted with a tinted automotive clear coat. You could even go slightly lighter seeing your car in dark grey. Just an idea!!
The clear does play off the silver accents on your car nicely though.

Have had a few RL'rs PM me with a few questions regarding these tips purchased on ebay. Hope this answers your questions. Took G.G. for a sprited ride this afternoon and got her up to her normal operating temps in Sport Mode: 194/194. I turned Sport mode off for a bit, oil temp stayed at 194 and coolant temp rose to 215. There's a 14 day return policy so wanted to get the tips nice & toasty to determine if tips would be going back to vendor. Pleased to report no blueing or discoloration and appear to be of very good quality. They are chrome and realize they are not for everyone, but IMHO work nicely with the chrome accents already on the 50th. Sold G.G. today. Fellow RL'r and his friend flew in from the west coast this am and are now driving her back home. New owner installed a custom made bra for the journey home that looked great and was sad to see the tail lights fade away. T
