Thank you Cheeky. Finished up the trim today at the shop, cleaned up G.G., then took her for a spin. Man this car runs great. T

Had a bud (pro-detailer), come over to the shop the last few days to detail cars exterior's including glass, plastic, rubber, etc. Started with a clay mitt, double compound, wax and seal. Treated all the leather surfaces to Color Plus soffener. T

As stated earlier, purchased this 50th with some miles on her. It was a loaner car for someone waiting on a GT3. I am the 1st title holder and was not expecting this. Not only a free COA but a CPO good through Apr 30, 2020 ! Called Porsche and the CPO was confirmed. Yey ! T

Oil & filter change and put in a magnetic oil drain plug. Added 7mm spacers up front and 15mm on the rears (along with longer stud bolts. Looks great and will take more pics tomorrow. T

Nice! Do anything with the rotor hats? I think you had mentioned something.

I'm planning on powder coating mine soon to match the wheels. I don't like the flat dirty looking primer look.

Was thinking the same thing. Stuck some black duct tape over the hats with wheels on to see how they would look before committing to paint. Decided they looked good as is so just cleaned them up. Did paint the spacer edges to blend with the hats. T

Great. Same one I bought. Sitting in a bag!

Was the fit fine? Use a washer?

I haven't compared it to the OEM plug, but someone was saying it might not fit exactly the same. Did you change the oil too?

Suncoast had said they had complaints from 991 owners about leaking. Something about leaking with this plug? L&N told me not an issue, so don't know what the concern is. Suncoast does not list the 991 as compatible.

Yes, WIT changed the oil & filter. Pelican lists magnetic drain plug as compatible. Oil filter came with gasket and crush washer for drain plug. Torqued drain plug to 37 ft/lbs and oil filter canister (36mm socket) to 19 ft/lbs. Filled with 9qts M1 0-40, ran the car for a bit, checked for leaks and it's all good. T
