Spent my whole life hoping one day to own an iconic Porsche... the year after I live the dream & buy a 991 they launch a whole new level of Iconic in the new 918. Can't wait till I see one on the road or in the showroom.
It's cool and all but it's nowhere near as iconic as a 911 and definitely from the rear end. It's just a garden variety million dollar super car. Big deal. For a million bucks it better look cool, and it does, but so what they all do.

Absolutely beautiful! But I have to agree with StudGarden. 911 is way more iconic. Sorry, Hubba.

I'd respond to this the same way I respond in PDK-versus-stick threads: if you want to buy a car from a company that doesn't continually strive to improve its vehicles and the technology behind them, you need to buy something besides a Porsche.
