Hi, I have a similar cracking issue. But I'm wondering if there are 2 separate issues - delaminating the UV protective layer you see cracks in the center of the headlight lens. And the cracking at the edges of the headlight lens is maybe a different issue? I have a 2014 GT3 with Xpel PPF on the headlights. Here is the cracking on the edge of the lens:

There is precisely two separate issues. What you have appears to be the delamination issue and since you have Xpel and what I have heard from installers of PPF, may be causing your issue.
XPEL n a rien à voir c est la muvaise qualitée des feux ..PORSCHE
Not according to the experienced installers I’ve talked to. I have asked them about using it to protect mine from water infiltration via the micro cracks. They will not install PPF on Porsche headlights.
Huncowboy in Post #1 has the cracking at the edge of the lens. He states there never has been a PPF film on the lens and it cracked with no PPF. I think the PPF can cause the delamination depending on the installer's experience. I'm still not sure how the cracking at the edge happens.
I had parallel microfine cracks on my passenger side LED headlight. My dealer replaced it under warranty along with headlights on several other cars. Porsche knows of the issue, hence why they honored the warranty replacement. There is no PPF on my lights.
Faux j ai eu le probleme qui est bien connue chez porsche et sans ppf J ai recouvert par un wrap pour frainer la propagation du probleme et la sa va pour l instant ..
To me, this is delamination - center of the lens, UV film delaminating. The plastic lens is not cracking, just the surface layer:
The cracking looks much different and location is on the edge of the lens:
The top pic is what the majority of mine look like and getting worse. The edge is what I would call delamination. I have those too. The other, top pic, on mine you can tell they go all the way through the lens and can be felt with your fingernail. My car has never had PPF and I’m not suggesting PPF is the only way it happens.

I’m glad yours were done under warranty but unfortunately in my case my servicing dealer never found the problem. I did, but months after the warranty ended. They were just a very few random crack, now they are getting worse.
This is due to the laminate process when they make the headlamps ... The top layer has a tendency sometimes to not bond entirely to the layer underneath it especially around the edges . I use to see this a quite a bit on lawn garden tractor headlamps when I worked for a large retailer. Exact same thing pretty much ...Welcome to mass production ...

I tried hard to find these cracks on my headlights but to no avail. Hopefully it’s not a matter of luck. Then again my car has been garage kept and driven very little for 4 years prior to me obtaining it So perhaps this issue simply hasn’t yet reared it’s ugly ahead. Fingers crossed!
You are not supposed to put Xpel on those headlights. Xpel warns against that in their literature as it can cause problems.
My 2015 GTS was getting Xpel on the front hood and bumper and my installer warned me not to do it for that reason. He then showed me the microcracks were already present anyway, and that it was a common problem. I got Porsche to replace them under warranty as the car was 3 years old at the time.
