Thanks all! It is amazing to drive, as I am sure you all well know. I think my first impressions are summarized as "precision" - everything feels so tight, so precise in this car. Even the doors surprised me - feels like a tank, very solid.
It has taken me a day or so to figure out the stalks lol - when I reach for cruise control I inadvertently flash to pass hahaha!
Yes, I think that sums up my thoughts about the wheels, too...
Thanks! I joined PCA Potomac yesterday. I am not sure yet what all PCA does, but I am curious!
Thanks! I had it brought in from out of state and it was described as "black" and looked black from the colors. I had no idea it was metallic until I saw it in person. I am very pleased with the color!

Congrats and Happy Father's Day!
I have the same wheels - I though of replacing them for a while, but after living them for a few weeks, I really started to like the look. I felt like the car was "born" with them, so I have since felt obligated to keep the original setup...and am very happy with it. The 911 is an amazing machine - enjoy it!
I also changed out to the clear side markers - pretty easy job and it really looks sweet against the black body!!

Thanks!
I'm going to have to retrain my children. "Daddy, why did you get a black Corvette?" - my five year old little girl. Um,no honey, that's a Porsche! Look, the engine is in the back this time!
All in good time lol!

would love to hear more about your experience in the C2S vs Corvette's; there is a lot of discussion/curiosity on various forums on RL about the Vette ... so to hear 1st hand experience "coming
in the opposite direction" could be informative!
enjoy your new car ... welcome the to marque: "there is no substitute"
