IMO the 50th anniversary model has the best looking rims, probably the most practical should be easiest to clean as all spaces are nice and big.

Looks like Porsche just removed the Sport Techno wheels from the configurator.

I went a looked at them today, very nice. Just not coming up on my configurator -- have reloaded several times. Hope they are still there. D

I have and like the classics on my 991S. They are a bitch to clean compared to my old turbo twist. Five seconds per wheel would do the job on those. The classics take five minutes kneeling on my hose.

And this is why Porsche offers 4-5 wheel choices. Different folks for different strokes.

GGreg911, car looks great.

It's not just the wheel but also your choice of wheel colour/finish as it gives a totally different look to the wheel & the car.

Thank you everyone for your advice and thoughts on this. I choose to go with the Carrera Classic Wheels. I located an untitled 2013 Black Metallic w/Expresso Natural Leather, Carrera 2S CAB 991 w/2500 miles on OD, which I am picking up later this afternoon and had the option to choose wheels of my choosing. Will post pictures next week.

darker inner parts. never really appears dirty. however, more common than turbos obviously.
Turbos:
more unique. harder to clean. some might think you're posing with turbo wheels on non-turbo car (I'm not one of those)
The Classic and Turbo wheels have a similar design with many spokes, so I see the dilemma. The Sport Technos are totally different, and it's all about your taste.
Looking at the closer up pics, it looks like the Turbo wheels have a darker gray inner housing like the Classics. That makes cleaning a little easier. Definitely a plus for the Turbo wheel.
