Those are Sport Design mirrors and come body color to match. About a $645 option.

I considered agate but I find it only looks really good when clean and in sunlight. Once I passed on the agate, I tried to save $ by going with rhodium but it was just too bright and blue for my tastes. Just my opinion. I ordered my TT in GT silver with espresso/cognac. Pretty much any interior will work with GT silver except the lighter beige

If you want I have a ton of GT silver and rhodium pics with differing interiors. I can email some if you'd like.

GT Silver is the best and most classic of all Porsche silver colors.

Why else do you think they used it on the Porsche GT.

Do it.

Perhaps a silly question, but why does it cost $3000 for GT Silver? I really like and will consider it for my next car.
Thanks!

I didn't order the sports design mirrors because I wanted folding mirrors (easier to get to my tools in the garage). I'm guessing that as with the non-Turbo models, the bottoms of the side mirrors are black. Probably not a good look with GT Silver

That would be great. I'm not doing rhodium because I think it is too light. But I would be interested in seeing the GT Silver combos. Thanks.

A local dealer had GT, Rhodium, and Platinum Silver cars parked side by side a few weeks ago. I visited a couple of times to see them in different lighting conditions, daytime sunny, cloudy, and early evening. IMO GT was the nicest, a more neutral shade with what seemed like more depth and lightness variations across the curves in the bodywork. Rhodium had a bluish tint and Platinum was slightly brownish in comparison. I ordered GT. I'm now trying to decide on a good AM forged wheel color.

Thanks all. Changed the order to GT Silver. Now I need to settle on an interior color. I'm liking the red. Then my order locks.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. In our society higher priced items are presided as better and of higher quality especially after acquisition once buyer justified the purchase. GT vs rhodium is case in point. because of this Porsche is able charge more for GT silver.

Two options are not equal you have to like GT 3k more to get it.

comparatively TTS starting to look like a bargain

Perhaps consider the two-tone red and black interior. The black breaks up the red a bit, and in particular should lessen the windshield glare from the dash.

I am considering GT Silver with two-tone black/platinum grey. Has anyone seen that combination?

I have agate grey and it shows dust more than you would think.
