Default GT3 engine problem found

It's an old video, and I hope it's not a repost, but I found a clip from PCA HQ documenting a preview of the 991 GT3 at last year's NY International Auto Show. Informative presentation, perhaps focused a bit too much on cosmetic details, but at 7:04 I think I've found the source of the GT3's engine woes. Listen carefully--the Porsche rep states that the car has 325 lb-ft of "dork."

Now that's a problem.

325 lbs. of dork? Is that the weight limit of the driver only, or driver and passenger?

I thought it was "*****" ...as in What's the difference between a Porsche and a porcupine?
