Hey guys, don't forget that the money factor (interest rate) is variable depending on your credit score. The OP may have lousy credit...

Are you sure that's how Porsche Financial Services works? BMW, who's pretty much the king of subvented leases in the US market is pass/fail for lease qualifying, no tiers.

It is tiered, I unfortunately came in just under "top tier" through PFS when I bought my 2014 991 C2 last September due to some past challenges from my divorce. Still got a fair deal from my perspective, details below:

MSRP $92k
Discount 6.5% = $86k net
$5k down - $2100 cap reduction, rest fees
24 month / 7500 miles a year
$70k residual
Monthly $999 with tax in CA included
