I'm thinking of moving up from my 996 to a used 2012 991. Can someone give me a good /realistic buying price from a dealer for a non certified (low mileage) C2S cab. One I've seen locally just off a two year lease had a $132,000 MSRP sticker (with PDK, full leather, sports chrono, "B" Audio, 14 way sport seats , etc) and less than 11,000 miles. What is a good/fair price to negotiate down to in the middle of a northeast winter?
Also, I am thinking of doing this as a 3 year lease for tax reasons, What would the PFS 36 monthly lease be on the car assuming the above suggested purchase price, 12, 000 miles per year during this period (good credit/790 FICO) : MF ?(do you still get the .002 base rate on a used P car) ? Monthly payment? PFS' Residual 3 years out from now on a 2012 C2S highly optioned @ 12K miles per year?
Lastly were there any issues with the early runs of the 991s? If so, by what production date were they resolved?

Wow, that would be a HUGE move. Congrats. Hope you pull it off.
Why won't they CPO the car? Could be (could be) a red flag. You need to investigate more.
Retail should be about $88-89K. What are they asking? Maybe offer $85 and see how they respond. I think a good win would be $87 WITH the CPO included to close the deal. No CPO, stay closer to the $85.
I know dick about leasing a car. I'm a no debt kind-of-guy.
paid cash too. damn, these cars depreciate fast new. I feel like I got my money's worth though - as crazy as that sounds. That's Porsche for you. Bastards, lol.

True that. double true!
I got a 2012.5 CPO at a great price and saved a ton off new, and am just now seeing the occasional "comp" for a few bucks less. Still though, I've had it for the time in between, which has totally been worth it!
Similar debate here.
After 3 years without a Pcar am getting ready to get out of the BMW M5 (e60) and back into a 911. Still debating a new order or finding a decent 12 or preferably 13 991 C2S.
Am new to Chicago and have found some local dealerships really willing to deal, but my local (north shore area) guys seem pretty reticent to bring 13 C2s inside of 100k. Given all of the wholesale numbers and Galves numbers seems really rich to me, but maybe I'm off. Well equipped 13 CPO in the high 90's seems about right to me, but maybe i'm off. Any thoughts?
Its still early in the run, but there are way better deals than that out there if you're willing to dig deeper. Good thing is you are centrally located and have access to a lot of markets within a day's drive. I think your price estimation is about right, and a little bit (5-10k) cheaper for the 12.5's of course. You should be able to find a very well equipped C2S 991 in the 80's, easilly.

Interesting. This would be the first time I hadn't bought from my local guys - our versions of the market aren't aligning, and as you say there are a lot of dealers around the area.
This fall I paid 100 k for a 12.5 C2S cab that sold for 127k originally. 4k miles in mint condition I tried as hard as I could to get them to go lower.
