Vented seats are one of the best options available. Where you live it sounds like you will "need" them less than most places, but its a great thing to have especially considering its one of the cheapest options you can get (assuming you're going to get heated seats anyway, which are a MUST).

While you can use heated and vented at the same time, you probably won't do that very often if at all. If its cool enough to warrant the heat, the venting will make it too cool. You could then turn up the heat to compensate for it, but I see no point in that. So vented in the winter is pretty useless. But for summer days or anytime you want a little cooling but don't want to run your AC (for fuel efficiency or to preserve HP, etc) it can be of use.

Often overlooked is the heated stearing wheel. Only a couple hundred bucks and it works GREAT. Highly recommend it.

+1 on the heated and ventilated seats. They're great. I imagine they're especially good in a cab, though it sounds like you won't get many really hot days when you drop the top.

A free option is the luggage net in the passenger side. I have one in my current non Porsche sports car and it's handy for things like umbrellas and other things you might want easy access to from the front seat.

not a fan of ventilated seats as that means perforated leather, which spoils the look for me.

Heated/ventilated seats good option, even here in South FL. Heat not so much, vent. used a lot. My 14 C2S has RSS 7 and 14 spacers, Carrera Classic wheels and PASM. No problems and nice stance.

Isn't the leather perf the same either way? Looks the same to me at least.

White dials look sweet. But listen to this man:

If you don't, it will surely bug you that the dials are different colors.

On the ventilated seats the thigh and shoulder bolsters are perforated as well as the center panels. I agree that the non-ventilated seats look much better with non-perforated leather on the bolsters.

Oh, I guess. I just can't see anyone basing the decision on that. If you want vented, even a little bit, who would not get it just because of the lumbar perf?
