Default New wheels for the 911!

Not exactly, but I did change the look of them! I really like how it has changed the whole appearance of the car by changing the wheels. Wow! I love it!

Like the look of the car even better now. Totally transformed it!

BigAl:

The wheels are very nice. But at some point, give the top right switch on the center console a rest. Or just get a ducktail and be done with it!

PS I love the Roystonea regia palms in the photo! It's my native 'flora', if you get my drift.

Looks great, and I'm not a fan of black wheels these days. I love the Carrera S wheels.

Interesting. Just looked up a couple of forum threads about Plasti-dipping wheels and such, one guy Plasi-Dipped an entire '66 Mustang.
So I rekon you would tape and shoot with the tires mounted since mounting equipment would peel off the coating........yes? From the pictures above, Bigfromfl did a vantastic job on the prep and spray. I may give it a shot depending on his long term results.
Not sure how to get the paint between the wheel and bead though?

Thanks all. Question: why the ball breaking on keeping the wing in the up position? I've gotten it from a few members and don't know why. I like the look!!

Yes, dipped them.

Merlins: Yes, shoot with the tires mounted. I do not tape off the tires. Put some tires shine on them and this will keep the 'dip' from adhering to the rubber tire. It will just peel off. ( and thanks for the kind words!)

Z356: Yes! We have a lot of those palms here...beautiful tree! Like the crest in the photo! Very nice!
